I want to apologize to all my visitors who may have attempted to visit between January 26, 2020 and January 29, 2020. My hosting provider migrated my site without my knowledge, permission, or any warning and as a result, broke my website. They refused to fix it for four days, so I changed providers, and the new provider restored the site in under two hours. However, a number of features didn’t migrate perfectly and I’m working diligently with my web developer to get those fixed as soon as possible. This may take a few days as we’re currently evaluating the issues and working to solve them. (One of them is the menu bar)
Please pardon our dust as we work to fix… all the things. However, if you do find something important is broken, or have any other issues, please send a tweet on twitter to @charity_marie_ for an immediate response or email email@example.com (as our domain emails are down as well from the change). If you are attempting to make a purchase from the site and find that is not as you expect it, we would appreciate an email of your experience so we can address it for you and any other users.
Thank you for so much for your support, understanding, and patience as we work out the kinks and bugs. We are dedicated to bringing you a great user experience and this recent change in hosting providers is sure to do that. The site is already significantly faster to load and we’re working to improve that further (load time is 1.5 seconds currently, down from 4 seconds with the prior hosting provider, which is a 62.5% improvement!). We’re working hard to get it below 1 second.
