Something really cool happened in Aransas Pass…I was interviewed by Channel 6!  Without any preparation or notice, I said yes I would love to do the interview.  I was able to express my gratitude to locals for coming out to local venues to support small businesses.  Additionally, I really enjoy being able to meet new people.

I hope I was able to speak for all the vendors at the event about how important these kinds of events are to small businesses. 2020 saw the event industry devastated by COVID, but in 2021 we are so happy to be back doing what we love, which is sharing these unique products and spending time with customers face-to-face. It is something we all need.

I think the moral of the story is to always be prepared.  And for me, that means from now on, I need to be wearing makeup on tour because I never know who I’m going to meet or who may want to interview me.  CNN, I’m ready for you!
